How Do I Get an EARN?

EARN Equity Notes are now available in Northern California on a limited basis. EARN is also working with Housing Authorities in select parts of the country in an effort to rescue home owners with adjustable rate mortgages who can no longer afford their current mortgage payments. EARN Equity Notes will be offered by leading financial institutions, home builders and may be offered directly through the EARN Group.
